Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Built for everyone

Coffee brings people together. Our platform should too. We want every parent, coach, organizer, and supporter to be able to use Everygrind, including people with disabilities.

This statement covers everygrind.com, our store at shop.everygrind.com, and the JOLT dashboard at jolt.everygrind.com.

The standard we aim for

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we're building toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the platform evolves.

What that looks like in practice

  • Keyboard navigation across the platform, so a mouse is never required
  • Color contrast built to AA ratios for text and interface elements
  • Alternative text for meaningful images
  • Clear heading structure and labeled forms that work with screen readers
  • Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, zoom, and larger text sizes
  • Accessibility checks as part of building and reviewing new features

Where the gaps are

No platform gets this perfect, and we won't pretend we do. A few honest notes:

  • Parts of checkout run inside secure fields hosted by our payment provider. We choose partners carefully, but we can't directly modify everything they render.
  • We ship improvements often. New work gets reviewed for accessibility, but something can occasionally slip through. When it does, we want to hear about it.
  • Some older pages and documents may not meet the newest standards yet. We update them as we find them.

Found a barrier? Tell us.

If something here is hard to use with assistive technology, or just hard to use, we want to fix it.

Tell us the page, what happened, and which browser or assistive technology you were using if you can. We read every message and respond promptly.

We reviewed this statement on August 11, 2026, and we'll keep revisiting it as the platform grows.
